  • Plants in your cart will only be reserved on successful payment in full
  • If several buyers have the same plants in their cart the first buyer to complete their order will purchase the plants

International payment & shipping

  • Foreign currency payment is in USD ($) either through Paypal or via international bank transfer
  • For Paypal & international bank payments a 5% fee will be added to your overall payment at checkout to cover charges
  • If you pay via international bank transfer you will need to cover all bank charges in your country & South Africa. You will be sent an email confirming your order with our banking details. All international bank transfers are to be made within 24 hours of checking out or plants will be relisted
  • International shipping is through a private shipping company with international logistics partners & costs are country-specific & weight-based/ 250g depending on the overall weight of the purchased plants in your cart

  • International airmail shipping with tracking

    varies month to month depending on currency exchange rates. To simplify thing we are now only finalising shipping costs once we know the size & weight of your parcel so no shipping charges are added to orders until we ship. Once your plants are packed we will obtain a quotation for your shipment and ship once payment for shipping is received.

  • Phytosanitary certificates are $60 for any number of plants in a shipment. Please note that we are now only shipping with phyto certificates from late February to June each year to avoid any potential international shipping delays over the November Black Friday & end of year festive period. This period coincides with the weather warming up in the northern hemisphere so we will hold any purchases until then. If you want to receive your plants without a phyto we can ship throughout the year from late January to mid-November.

  • If you wish to add plants to an existing order we will combine shipping to minimise costs
  • Please note that it is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm all shipping & import conditions/ restrictions in their country and to supply all necessary permits/ paperwork and we will do our best to satisfy them
  • Although all parcels will have full tracking we can’t accept responsibility if tracking isn’t working as it is out of our control

  • Please confirm your shipping preference which we will add to your order. For a door to door courier please confirm a delivery address in order for us to obtain a quotation.
  • If you wish to either collect, arrange your own courier or add to an existing order please also select the ‘collect’ shipping option on checkout
